Because you are a parasite to yourself.
There's no point in hiding or running away from your own hurts, shame, or even from yourself. Any attempt to be someone else or deny any feeling because you think it's showing weakness or something like that only makes you live in cycles of a boring life. Your mind will always bring up your problems, complicate simple problems, and even make you feel disgusted with yourself. Your pain takes over your innocent body, transforming you into a masterpiece of misfortune or a victim of the world (thinking the world is against you). Parasites help you not be ashamed of yourself and thus help you understand your own body and mind, your own reality. They feel the anguish or the success of those who observe them. They adapt to their hosts' current situation and are the shadows their minds need to rest, to think better, and not assimilate the weight of total freedom or the world that screws them over. You are the art that my works contemplate, while my works make you an art that contemplates itself to be able to understand the world outside of itself at its own pace.

Be respectful—dont insult anyone, dont humiliate, dont make unnecessary jokes, and dont be shy about asking questions because theres no question too stupid to go unanswered. Criticism should be constructive so that theres some engagement among other Hosts readers; otherwise, dont even waste your time writing.
